Cool Cat 1 | Can you please tell me, all the sizes of the speakers for a stock install. I keep blowing up the speakers, so I'm going to buy better speakers so I won't blow them up anymore. I believe there our 6 speakers in the car, is right, and can you please tell the sizes for each , Thanks so much. AL. |
George Johnson | I changed the OEM speakers out to Focals, and have not had any problems plus the sound is soooo much better. It sounds like my Bose Stereo. |
Paul B | I went focal all around, best sounding affordable speakers in my opinion. Not rocking loud, but very technically clean sounding if you like that type of sound. I also removed my glovebox and had a custom subwoofer enclosure built so theres an 8" sub with 2 600W amps and crossovers under the seats. IT sounds awesome and you cant even see the sub unless you look under the dash. paul b This message has been edited by Paul B on 07-26-2008 at 08:22 PM |
ed monahan | What are the numbers for the Focals please ? |
George Johnson | The Focal Door Speakers from Car Toys was Model# 165CV1. The installation and extended warranty was $398.21. |
ed monahan | thank you. That info will be helpful to others later, down the line. |
helfrez | Speaking of speakers, anyone know where to get more door panel clips, i need to tend to a rattle near my right speaker, but i don't want to keep removing the panel and wear out the clips. Are they generic pepboys clips? |

Try an outfit called Parcel Parts - they have an ebay store. They carry all sorts of automotive fasteners... |
